What is the availability of your apartments? How far ahead do I need to book?

Peak times, July and August, are often pre-booked up to a year in advance. We advise that bookings for June and September are placed as early as possible.

Is your accommodation suitable for small children?

Yes. The accommodation is placed 100m away from traffic and has a large shaded garden and front beach with easy access to the sea. However, we advise that children are supervised at all times when near the sea.

What is the beach like? Is it suitable for small children or people with mobility problems?

It is a pebbled beach with shallow water entrance but it gets deeper as you swim further from the shore. The entry is surrounded by a jetty and pine trees on one side and a flat sunbathing surface on the other.

Is the beach in front of the Villa a private beach? What about the jetty I can see in the pictures, is it used by other people?

All beaches in Croatia are public, unless they form part of a large and managed hotel complex. Although the beach and the jetty in front of Villa Emila are also, by law, open to public, they are at most times used only by the guests staying at our apartments and occasional visitors.

Is the sea suitable for swimming and snorkelling? What is the sea temperature like?

The sea, especially in late June, warm July and August and often in the first half of September, is ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The sea temperature during the hottest period can regularly reach 25-26C. We strongly advise that you use sun protection during warm and hot weather and avoid swimming during the hottest part of the day.
