Located just outside a quiet village of Kozino and fronted by a large garden opening to a pebble beach, Villa Emila is a popular and sought-after choice for families and those seeking calm and relaxing environment away from noise and traffic.

Several small shops and tavernas are within short walking distance, but we do recommend a car in order to explore Northern Dalmatia and the nearby town of Zadar with its numerous bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. Several national parks, historic towns and areas of interest are also within easy reach.

Three self-catering apartments, situated on the first floor, are furnished to a modern standard, with air conditioning and balconies offering lovely views of the sea and the islands. Free parking right behind the villa is reserved for the guests. Early booking is advised.

The balcony is ideal for dining as well as enjoying the views of the garden and the sea. Both rooms are air conditioned, and Sat/TV is located in a two-bed room that opens to the balcony.
